Even though Pulmonary Hypertension is a rare and incurable condition, there are many people who are fighting a battle against this condition and wanting to get their voice heard.

There are many projects online that help to raise awareness of Pulmonary Hypertension and this is one of them.

PH has a very big community and those who have Pulmonary Hypertension work together to help spread the word about PH.

This project is created to share people's stories of PH from around the world. PH is different to every person and when you read stories of those with PH, you will see how differently PH impacts their lives.

I know this is new and like my other campaigns will take time to build up, but once I get more stories coming, my aim is that a new PH stories will be shared every Monday and I ask you to please take time to read these stories and be inspired by those who PHight against PH!
